Description

เตาอบมาพร้อมระบบพิเศษที่สามารถปรับระดับความชื้นได้ (Adjustable humidity) ซึ่งทำให้สามารถปรับระดับความชื้นตามเมนูอาหารต่างๆที่เราต้องการได้ โดยระบบจะมีการให้ความชื้นอัตโนมัติตามการปรับตั้งค่าในระหว่างทำงาน ทำให้มั่นใจได้ว่าเนื้อสัมผัสของอาหารจะไม่แห้ง มีเนื้อสัมผัมที่นุ่มภายใน ในขณะที่ภายนอกยังกรอบอย่างที่ต้องการ

– เตาอบทุกรุ่น มาพร้อมเทคโนโลยี Dry Out ที่ใช้เทคโนโลยี Low-pressure เพื่อให้ผิวนอกของขนมบาง กรอบกว่าปกติ

– Pre-heat เร็ว จากอุณหภูมิห้อง ถึง 180 ºC ใช้เวลาประมาณ 1นาที 30 วินาที

– Bi-directional airflow พัดลมมีการเปลี่ยนทิศทางอัตโนมัติระหว่างอบ ทำให้อุณหภมิเสมอทั่วถึง

– บันทึกสูตรการทำงานได้ โดยแต่ละสูตรสามารถตั้งค่าได้ 3 step การทำงาน
