Bakershop คือ เตาอบ Convection Oven ที่มาพร้อมกับระบบการปรับระดับความชื้น (Adjustable humidity) ซึ่งทำให้สามารถปรับระดับความชื้นตามเมนูอาหารต่างๆที่เราต้องการได้ โดยระบบจะมีการให้ความชื้นอัตโนมัติตามการปรับตั้งค่าในระหว่างทำงาน ทำให้มั่นใจได้ว่าเนื้อสัมผัสของอาหารจะไม่แห้ง มี texture ที่นุ่มภายใน ในขณะที่ภายนอกยังกรอบอย่างที่ต้องการ
