The CVap® Hold & Serve Drawer HBB0D1 offers fantastic food temperature and texture control. CVap Drawers feature a unique design that speeds temp recovery, even with frequent openings.
The HBB0D1 is ideal for QSRs, kiosks, or any operation with limited space. This wide, single-drawer model has 1/2″ feet, and can hold one steam table pan, two half steam table pans, or one 1/1 Gastronorm pans. It features a differential push-button control that’s easy to use.
