Spinach and prawn terrine
Ingredients:
- 50 gr olive oil
- 2 clv garlic
- 200 gr spinach ((cooked))
- 150 gr prawns ((cooked))
- salt
- 150 gr liquid cream
- 350 gr milk
- 4 eggs
Preparation:
- Heat the oil for 1 minute at 120ºC, speed S

- Add the sliced garlic and sauté for 2 minutes, 120°C, speed S
2 clv garlic
- Add the blanched spinach and press ‘Turbo’ once.

- Add the cooked and peeled prawns and salt and set for 1 minute, 120°C, speed 2
150 gr prawns ((cooked))

- Finally, add the cream, the milk and the eggs and mix for 1 minute, speed 3
150 gr liquid cream
350 gr milk
4 eggs
- Pour the mixture into a terrine and cook for 40 minutes in the oven at 180°C.
