Spaghetti carbonara

First, bring the water to the boil.

200 gr bacon

  1. Use the spatula to scrape any food stuck to the sides back into the jug.
  2. Add the cream and set for 5 minutes, 120°C, speed 2.

500 gr liquid cream

  1. Mix the sauce with the cooked spaghetti.
