Pumpkin Pie Leather
Ingredients:
- 2 cups pureed Pumpkin
- 2 cups unsweetened Applesauce
- 2 cups canned Coconut Milk
- 4 Medjool Dates
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 tsp ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground Allspice
Preparation:
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
- Spread mixture onto Paraflexx lined Excalibur Dehydrator trays. The mixture should be spread evenly and only about 1/4” thick.
- Dry at 125 degrees F for 6-8 hours or until leathery
- Let fruit leather cool & cut into strips.
