Dried Persimmons
Ingredients:
- Ripe Persimmons
Preparation:
- Wash persimmons well and pat dry.
- Slice persimmons 1/4″-3/8″ circles. (Peeling is not necessary.)
- Place persimmon slices on an Excalibur Dehydrator tray that is line with a ParaFlexx sheet.
- Dry at 135°F for 11-19 hours or until leathery.
