Dried Persimmons

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Wash persimmons well and pat dry.
  2. Slice persimmons 1/4″-3/8″ circles. (Peeling is not necessary.)
  3. Place persimmon slices on an Excalibur Dehydrator tray that is line with a ParaFlexx sheet.
  4. Dry at 135°F for 11-19 hours or until leathery.
