Spanish omelette
Ingredients:
- 100 gr Olive oil
- 2 clv Garlic
- 150 gr Onion
- 400 gr Potatoe
- 4 u Egg
- 1 pch Salt
- 1 pch Oil
Preparation:
- Heat the oil 2 minutes, 120º, speed S
100 gr Olive oil
- Add 2 garlic cloves, 1 minute, 120º, velocidad S
2 clv Garlic
- Fry the onion 8 minutes, 120º, speed S
150 gr Onion
- Add the potato cutted in dices, salt and program 7 minutes, 120º, speed 2. Remove from the jug and reserve
400 gr Potatoe
- Place the mixing paddle on the blades and mount the eggs with a point of salt, 15 seconds, speed 5
4 u Egg
1 pch Salt
- Add the eggs to the previous mix. Heat a pan with a little oil, about a tablespoon, and set the tortilla on both sides
