Spaghetti carbonara
Ingredients:
Pasta
- 1.5 l water
- 50 gr oil
- salt
- 500 gr spaghetti
Sauce
- 50 gr olive oil
- 120 gr onions
- 200 gr bacon
- 500 gr liquid cream
Preparation:
Pasta
First, bring the water to the boil.

- Cook the pasta for 10 minutes, or for the time indicated by the manufacturer.
500 gr spaghetti
- Strain using the basket or tray steam and set aside.
Sauce
- In clean jug, heat the oil for 1 minute at 120°C, speed S
50 gr olive oil
- Sauté the onions for 5 minutes at 120°C, speed S
120 gr onions
- Add the bacon, 5 minutes, 120°C, speed S
200 gr bacon
- Use the spatula to scrape any food stuck to the sides back into the jug.
- Add the cream and set for 5 minutes, 120°C, speed 2.
500 gr liquid cream
- Mix the sauce with the cooked spaghetti.
